The epidemiological, epigenetics and clinical aspects of the oncological illness more prevalent in order to obtain rapid diagnosis and treatment with employed new technics. We willanalyze this topicin order to increase the competence of medical professional in the management of this patients and improve the health indicators.

Objectives: To evaluate the scientific literature about epidemiological, epigenetics and clinical aspect of oncological illness with risk prediction in order to obtain rapid diagnosis and treatment to improve health indicators in population.

Material and methods: We realized a systematic review of scientific literature during 2000 to 2017 year, with triangulation about epidemiological, epigenetics and clinical aspects of oncological diseases with risk approximation in order to obtain a rapid diagnosis and treatment and to improve the health indicators in our population. We used descriptive stathistical methods.

Results: The theoreticals referents used permit obtain more relevants results in epidemiology, epigenetics and clinical manifestations of oncological deseases, with particular analysis of the most important diagnostic and treatment methods that will improve the prognosis, the medical compétences and health indicators.

Conclusions: Was evidenced that inter and trans disciplinary methods to aboard epidemiological, epigenetics and clinical aspects of oncological illness more prevalent will elevate the competences of medical professionals and contribute to rapid diagnosis and treatment that will improve health indicators and to diminish morbidity and mortality of oncological diseases.
