It is received in the area of critical, hemodynamically stable, conscious, with Glasgow 14/15. Is presumptively diagnosed a stroke onset, was computed tomography (CT), which revealed the presence of hiperdensas images laminar in basal cisterns, and then proceeded to make the cerebral angiography It confirmed the existence of ruptured aneurysm.
